Part 2 is coming to HIDIVE!
Update (May 6th 2022):
Five episodes of Part 2 are due to upload to streaming service HIDIVE on a weekly basis in select territories, starting from May 14th.
Both Japanese and English language versions of the show will feature on the platform, at least up until episode seventy-nine. This is where the original dub, from the 2003 U.S. Cartoon Network run, stopped due to licencing reasons.
In their press release, HIDIVE note that while they do have the desire to dub the remaining seventy-six episodes of Part 2 into English, for the moment they have nothing to share.
I'm sure some will be disappointed with this news, however, I believe this was a very positive, honest announcement, and it is exciting to hear that HIDIVE are thinking about the remaining undubbed episodes. If the content does well enough on the service, we may well see a completed dub. Fingers crossed!
Update (April 27th 2022):
Episodes 145 and 155 of Lupin III: Part 2 are now streaming on HIDIVE!
Both include the 1995 Streamline Pictures English language dub. While a tad disappointing for fans of the current English cast, the inclusion of the original dub is nice from a preservation standpoint.

The 1977 television series Lupin III: Part 2 is coming to streaming platform HIDIVE!
The red jacket show will sit alongside Part 1, Part 5, The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, and Part 6, which are all already available for streaming in select territories.

Yep, of course, it’s the two Miyazaki capers!
HIDIVE have announced that both episodes 145, Albatross, Wings of Death, and 155, Farewell, my Beloved Lupin, will upload to the service ahead of the rest. These classic episodes, both of which are directed by Hayao Miyazaki of Studio Ghibli fame, will become available from 17:00 UTC on April the 27th, 2022. In addition to them streaming in HD on the platform, both Japanese and English language audio dubs will also be available.
… wait a sec. English language dub? Which English dub?
Both Albatross, Wings of Death and Farewell, my Beloved Lupin previously saw a home video release on VHS during 1995, complete with an English language dub by Streamline Pictures. Lupin III: Tales of the Wolf (Lupin III's Greatest Capers), as it was called, featured Bob Bergen as Lupin III—or, “Wolf”, as he was referred as in the dub. This cast also featured in the Streamline Pictures dub of The Castle of Cagliostro, which can be seen featuring alongside the Netflix version of that film.
But, could we see something different, here? The old Streamline Pictures dub is very outdated, in terms of audio quality and voice acting. It seems likely that Sentai Filmworks and TMS may want to re-dub both episodes with the current English voice cast, giving better consistency on the HIDIVE service. Previously, Pioneer / Geneon only dubbed the first seventy-nine episodes of the show. Might we finally see the rest, English dubbed by the current cast, once it makes it to the service?
Currently, we know no definitive answer on this. Details in HIDIVE’s announcement post are sparse, and although I personally think it is likely we will see a new audio dub for these two Miyazaki episodes, we cannot be sure until next week.

One of anime’s most enduring characters and his band of misfits are returning to HIDIVE! That’s right, we’re kicking LUPIN THE 3RD Part 2 off with the sub AND dub of the two special episodes directed by Hayao Miyazaki on Wednesday April 27, 2022 at 17:00 UTC!
