Infinite Snow analyzes Miyazaki's Lupin!
If you are a frequent user of social media website Twitter, you may have noticed this Lupin video essay doing the rounds recently!
Miyazaki’s Lupin is the first video content from Infinite Snow Productions, and takes an in-depth look back over the Hayao Miyazaki years of Lupin III. This includes the likes of Part 1, The Castle of Cagliostro, Part 2 and much more.
Delaney, whose vocal talents you can hear in the video, presents the topic in both an incredibly informative and good humoured manner. The piece’s whopping fifty minute run-time flies by in an instant, as a result of this.
The fantastic pacing, coupled with Delaney’s superb analytical skills and observations, make this a must-watch for those looking to learn a thing or two about the history of animation. Even the most veteran Lupin fan is likely to learn a thing or two along the way, although keep in mind, it’s also newcomer friendly!
If you enjoy the video, please consider giving Infinite Snow Productions a follow over on YouTube, to help support Delaney and keep up-to-date on her future endeavours (there’s a tease a The Woman Called Fujiko Mine deep dive at the end of the video, and that is surely something you will not want to miss)!
