Lupin ZERO launches this Friday!
The brand-new six episode prequel series Lupin ZERO premieres on streaming platforms from this Friday, the 16th of December!
Episode one, Young Lupin meets a wolf, and episode two, Hang tight to the treasure on the train, will both upload on Friday in selected territories, with one new episode a week dropping on subsequent Fridays.
Those in Asia will be able to catch the show via DMM TV, while those in English-speaking territories can tune in via HIDIVE. More territories are due to be announced—although it is unlikely that all countries will be supported.
In addition, volume one of the soundtrack for the series is due to go on sale on the 25th of December 2022—Merry Christmas! Otomo Yoshihide and SARM will feature on the album, which is due to include newly mixed versions of classic Takeo Yamashita tracks. The opening theme features a new version of AFRO LUPIN ‘68 (Takeo Yamashita, Otomo Yoshihide), whereas the ending includes a new version of Lupin III Theme Song II (Tavito Nanao). Volume two of the soundtrack is due to be announced at a later date, and both will only be available digitally for the time being.
