The current Japanese voice cast will be reprising their roles, including Kanichi Kurita as Lupin III and Kiyoshi Kobayashi as Daisuke Jigen. Suzu Hirose, Kōtarō Yoshida and Tatsuya Fujiwara are all set to appear as voice talent for the three new characters shown in the trailer. Series veteran Yuji Ohno will return to compose the soundtrack.

The film recently also received a brief but notable behind-the-scenes look as part of NHK BS Premium’s video documentary on the character of Fujiko Mine.

A shorter, TV spot style version of the trailer can also be viewed here.

The initial announcement trailer for the film turned a fair few heads on its release, as many appreciated the striking art style and snazzy animation. The initial trailer now has nearly two million views on YouTube.

In addition to the reveal of the second trailer, the films official website has also had a substantial update - with lots of new information and artwork.

A new poster featuring key artwork for the film has also been released.

The poster, along with the trailer itself, confirms that the film will be released in 4DX across selected cinemas in Japan. This will be the second Lupin III film to release in 4DX, alongside The Castle of Cagliostro.
