Lupin III: Part 6 character design revealed!
Ever since the original teaser image and initial preview trailer of Lupin III: Part 6 dropped, fans have been excitedly attempting to work out the colour scheme of Lupin himself in the new show.
With only a shot from the back to go from in the preview video, the biggest opportunity came in the form of the recently announced Banpresto statue, which feature Part 6 designs of both Lupin and Fujiko.
Now, fans can see Lupin’s exact appearance in this rather unique pose, as drawn by lead character designer Hirotaka Marufuji!
The image shown above is included on an A4 clear file, which can be obtained in Japan by pre-ordering an upcoming Lupin III: Complete History book. Releasing on September 29th, the book features staff interviews, artwork from the original series, along with new information regarding Lupin III: Part 6.
Recommended retail price for the book is set at around 1,100 Japanese Yen, and reservations start from today, August 19th, 2021.
