To celebrate the launch of the film in South Korea, a couple of clips have also surfaced online.

This includes the full “tunnel sequence”, as shown below, where Lupin stylishly infiltrates his way through a deadly laser trap while the gang watch in awe and suspense.

The incredible car chase scene has also been shared alongside it, and if you haven’t seen it previously, this is a must watch!

The film is also hitting streaming platforms in Brazil on the same day it launches on home video in Japan, Wednesday the 3rd of June.

The Brazilian release also features an exclusive dub, and a brand new clip showcasing it, which contains one of the early opening sequences of the film, can be seen below.

Happy birthday, Monkey Punch!

Today, the 26th of May 2020, would have marked the late Kazuhiko Katō’s 83rd birthday.

Despite his passing back in April 2019, the renowned artist and creator of Lupin III still sits strongly in our minds. We still celebrate his works every day, and his legacy will continue to live on.

The yearly Lupin III festival in Kazuhiko Katō’s hometown of Hamanaka continues despite his passing, although this year it has been (quite sensibly) postponed due to the situation with COVID-19. We are looking forward to see its triumphant return at some point in the near future.

We hope everyone can join us in wishing him a Happy Birthday!
