Discotek Media detail two new releases coming to the U.S!
The 2010 TV Special Lupin III: The Last Job is coming to Blu-ray in the U.S. on April 28th, 2020.
Lupin embarks on a new heist. His plan this time is to steal a newly discovered Japanese cultural treasure, which is currently being transported in Germany. During his attempt to steal the treasure, our hero bears witness to the tragic death of his most admirable rival - Inspector Zenigata!
It seems a deadly clan of ninja warriors, who are also after the Japanese treasure, took out Inspector Zenigata as he threw himself into the crossfire. Devastated, Lupin and friends aim to prevent the ninja warriors from obtaining what they seek, along with spending time to mourn the loss of the good inspector. It soon turns out that all is not as it seems…
This latest Discotek Media release comes with Japanese audio and English subtitles - no English dub this time around!

Lupin III: The First may get further international release dates!
The 3DCG feature film Lupin III: The First may be getting further international release dates!
Italy is about to start seeing the film pop up in theatres, from February 27th, 2020. Taiwanese showings of the film, which began airing on January 10th, 2020, are currently ongoing.
Memebers of the production team for the film posted on social media website Twitter mark the occasion - and although it is unclear from the tweet itself, the team appear to allude toward further international release date announcements. At time of writing, we are currently unsure if this is simply a reference to upcoming releases in Italy, Spain, France and Brazil, or if there may be more news on the way regarding a release in other countries.
A complete list of participating theaters in The Philippines, where the film is currently showing, has also been revealed. Information on this has been provided by website ugeek - click here for the list!

Italy gears up for the release of Lupin III: The First on Feb 27th!
Fans in Italy are in for a treat on February the 27th, when Lupin III: The First hits theaters with a full Italian language dub!
Distributer Anime Factory posted the above video over on their Facebook page earlier this week. The short clip shows some new footage of the film, along with a behind the scenes look at the recording of the Italian dub. Various famous actors and actresses make a return, with Stefano Onofri as Lupin, Rodolfo Bianchi as Inspector Zenigata, Alessandro Maria D'errico as Daisuke Jigen and many more.
The release of the film has even made the news in Italy, and a VIP cosplay event will be held at the films official Italian premiere on the 18th of February, at "The Space" Odeon cinema in Milan.
We cannot wait to hear what fans in Italy think of the film - we do not have long to wait and find out, as the film premieres next week!
Lupin III: Part 5 teams up with match-three puzzle game Poco-Forest!
TMS have teamed up with video game developer Treenod for a cross-over event featuring Lupin and the gang!
This latest promotion features the main cast members battling it out inside the world of Poco-Forest, a popular Japanese match-three puzzle game. All gang members are represented in their Part 5 colours, the most recent series in the line of long-running television shows.
He is cute, a hoot and ready to shoot! Players will also be able to snag a limited time character, Poco-Jigen if they download the update and meet a set criteria.
