Infinite Snow launches Patreon!
Friend of the site and video essayist Delaney Jordan of Infinite Snow Productions has launched a Patreon!
If you have enjoyed either of Delaney’s superb Lupin III related video essays, Miyazaki’s Lupin and The Mystery of Mamo will be in the Criterion Collection, please consider supporting her new endeavours on Patreon.
There are (currently) three tiers you can back; Green Jacket, Red Jacket, and Pink Jacket. The first, which is limited to only twenty-five people, nets everything in the top (Pink) tier, but at a low “early bird” price. The second, Red Jacket, includes early access to videos, behind-the-scenes content, and exclusive posts, all at an affordable monthly cost. The top tier, Pink Jacket, includes all the aforementioned content, plus a patron credit at the end of each new video — so you can go, “look mom, I’m famous!”
As is the case for many video essayists, Delaney has been hit with many copyright claims over on YouTube. Hopefully, a transition to Patreon should improve things in this regard, as well as providing a place for her to share updates on her work, and build a community with her fans. She also absolutely deserves some money for all her had work!
Check out the Patreon by clicking here, and have a watch of Delaney’s existing video content on YouTube by clicking here. (Please note that the Mamo essay is currently unavailable at the time of writing due to copyright strikes, but an edited version will hopefully be back up soon).
