From Siberia with Love available digitally in US!
The 1992 television special Lupin III: From Siberia with Love (also known as From Russia with Love) is now available digitally via Amazon in North America!
First released in North America on June 2nd 2015 by Discotek Media, this classic film is directed by Osamu Dezaki of Ashita no Joe and Space Adventure COBRA fame.
The late director, animator and screen writer was well known for his “Dezaki Moments” or “Dezaki Frames”, which include stylish looking still images that accent moments of action.
These “Dezaki Frames” are a trademark of Osamu Dezaki’s work, and can be found throughout Lupin III: Part III and Space Adventure COBRA. The style was eventually adopted by other directors and animators, and can now be found throughout a wider selection of anime.
The North American release includes only the Japanese language audio with English subtitles.
